What is “Mobily Fast” service?

It is a fast and easy-to-use widget that does not need to be downloaded from the App store.

How do you use “Mobily Fast” service?

Currently, payment links will be sent to postpaid customers via SMSs in different time during bill cycles.

Later, the service will be available to prepaid customers enabling them to recharge and renew bundles.

Does “Mobily Fast” service support all devices?

Yes, and for best experience:

1. iPhone users need to have iOS14 or higher and you can use ApplePay directly (No Card information entry)
2. Android users need to have Android 5 or higher.
3. For other device types, the customers can still use it via the web browser.

Is it required to install the Mobily App?

No, it does not require having Mobily App.However, if the Mobily App is already installed, it is recommended to have the latest version to take advantage of the new features.

Payment steps:

When the customer is receiving the link, he need to click on it from his mobile then:

1. A pop-up will appear and the customer need to Tap "open" .
2. Review the information shown on the screen the amount due and the mobile number, as shown in the attached example.
3. Complete your payment, recharge, or renewal by using ApplePay or bank cards (credit or MADA).
4. Receive a payment confirmation message / SMS.

Note that for some Android devices, the service may need enablement as following:

1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Tap on the profile picture.
3. Tap on Google Play Instant.
4. Go to general settings
5. Tap on "activate".
6. Re-tap on the link that was sent to you.
