The service will operate within the geographical location specified by the customer upon requesting the service.
You can request to relocate the service to any covered location, relocation service is provided free of charge and available twice a month
The SIM and Device will be locked to Mobily network during the contract period
SIM and device unlock will be allowed after the contract duration is expired.
You will have the possibility of cancelling the service within 2 days if you are not satisfied with the internet connectivity, no fees or penalties will be applied in this case.
Contract duration is 18-billing cycles.
In case of service cancelation before the end of commitment period, there will be an early disconnection fees of 57.5 SAR (VAT included) for each remaining billing cycle
The service may be subject to a security deposit that can be refunded after paying the third bill.
