What is Mobily fixed voice service?
Mobily fixed voice service will allow you to use your conventional landline telepone to make and receive calls.
What does fixed voice service provide?
The fixed voice service provides free & unlimited Calls to Mobily fixed network for Mobily fiber postpaid customers.
How do I activate my fixed voice service?
To activate fixed voice service, firstly, you should have a Mobily fiber postpaid active account.
Secondly, you can call 1100 or visit the nearest Mobily store to activate the service. If you have any overdue amounts, you must pay them before activating the service.
Do I need a special telephone device?
No. Any landline telephone device will work properly with the service.
How do I set up my landline telephone?
By connecting your phone to your fiber router using RJ11 cable.
How much is the service credit limit?
Default credit limit for the fixed voice service is 230 SAR
What will happen if I reach the credit limit?
If you reach your credit limit then your Fixed Voice line will be suspended.
What if my Mobily fiber account gets suspended?
In case if the Mobily fiber account get suspended then Fixed Voice line will be barred.
What is the advanced calls features?
The advanced calls are add on service which includes Call Divert, DND (Do Not Disrupt) and Group Calls with cost of 23 SAR per month.
Do you offer a vanity numbers?
Yes, Mobily is providing a three categories, bronze which cost 575 SAR, silver which cost 1150 SAR and Gold which cost 2300 SAR.
Is there a chance to change my telephone number?
Yes, changing your number will cost you 57.5 SAR (Included VAT).
What will happen in case of I relocate my fiber account to another city?
In case of you moved to a deferent region then you must change your phone number based on the city you are moving to.
How I will be charged for the fixed voice usage?
The fixed voice service is billed within the postpaid Fiber service bill, which you can pay through SADAD or Mobily app.
