How to activate/deactivate benefits sharing?

You can activate/deactivate benefits sharing on your eSIM50 line through one of the following channels:

SMS to 1100:

Send an SMS to 1100 from your sharing line (RAQI, Postpaid 400 or Postpaid 300) with one of the following commands containing the number of your eSIM50 (05XXXXXXXX):

All prices are VAT inclusive.
Local SMS and minutes rate are charged at 0.35 SAR per SMS or minute.
Local data rate is 17.25 SAR/GB. You can activate the PAYG data by sending 4099 to 1100.
Services numbers starting with 9200 costs SAR 0.1459
Minutes/SMS/Data rates above will apply once the sharing has not been activated, or once consuming all the shared benefits.
eSIM50 package is only available as eSIM.
Only one eSIM50 package activation allowed per ID.
Sharing benefits line and eSIM50 line must be under the same ID.
Sharing benefits is available only for local benefits.
All ad-ons and added services are not sharable.
The package does not contain any freebies, as in case that the sharing feature is not activated of, the prices will be applied as per T&C.
