Exchange Points Between Neqaty and Shukran Program

Exchange allows you to convert Points from one loyalty program to another. Neqaty and Shukran reward programs allow you to exchange your Points from one program to the other. Use them to get telecom services such as national or international calls, data, national or international SMS, bill, and device discounts, or to shop from different retail and hospitality brands in the Shukran program.

Neqaty and Shukran Exchange Program is a mutual partnership between Mobily and Shukran to allow members of both Neqaty and Shukran to exchange their rewards, and to be eligible for the following:

• To convert Shukran Points to Neqaty account and to exchange them for Neqaty rewards.
• To convert Neqaty Points to Shukran wallet and to exchange them for shopping rewards.

How to Convert Shukran Points to Neqaty Points via Shukran’s website?

1. Login to your Shukran account on the website.
2. ‪Click on Partners under the Brands tab
3. Click on “Mobily”
4. Enter your Mobily mobile number for converting your Shukran to Neqaty. Ensure you have a minimum of 1200, Shukran.
5. ‪Select the number of Shukran Points to transfer to Neqaty points for example (1200 Shukran points give you 835 Neqaty points)
6. Click on “Convert Now”

How To Convert Shukran Points to Neqaty Points via the Shukran’s App?

1. Login to Shukran Mobile App
2. ‪Tap on Partners under the Brands section
3. Tap on “Mobily”
4. Enter the Mobily mobile phone number for converting your Shukrans to Neqaty. Ensure you have a minimum of 1200 Shukran
5. Select the number of Shukran Points to transfer to Neqaty points for example (1200 Shukran points give you 835 Neqaty points)
6. Click on “Convert Now”

How To Convert Neqaty Points to Shukran Points Via the Mobily App?

1. Login to Mobily App

2. Go to the “Store” page and click on Neqaty        

3. Click on “Redeem” tab

4. Click on “Shukran”

5. Customer should have minimum of 4,000 Neqaty Points for a Shukran Points conversion      

6. Click on “Redeem” tab for the points you wish to convert, then choose the number of points you wish to convert as options available. See the Conversion Table below. redeem 

7. Click on “Yes” tab on the amount to be redeemed to confirm the conversion redemption

8. Enter Shukran account number

9. Click on “Get Pin Code” tab

10. Enter the pin code which is received on your mobile has been sent to your mobile phone

11. Click on “Redeem” tab to submit the redemption request.
