"How Are You?" service will enable you to send a message to any mobile user how they are for free. All Mobily customers can enjoy this service inside Saudi Arabia and while roaming, provided that the operator you roam on supports the star command service.‬

Prices/Tariffs‬

• ‪This service is free of charge and for up to three times per day.‬
• Only the first three attempts will remain free, and 15 halalas will be charged after the third attempt. Users will be charged 25 halalas on international SMS from the first attempt for "How are You".

Note: Prices shall be subject to value added tax.

How To ‪Activate This service‬?

‪Follow the steps below:‬

• ‪Dial *118* followed by the mobile number then #. ‪Example: *118*056XXXXXXX#‬.
• ‪The other line will receive an SMS from your number with the following content: "How are you?"
