Remaining Balance for Prepaid Lines
How to benefit from the remaining balance on your Prepaid Line in case of line expiration, line transfer, or cancellation of the service
The customer has the right to use their remaining balance in calls, text messages, or data, provided that this is before the expiry of their line, number transfer, or cancellation of the service. The customer can also transfer their remaining balance to all Mobily subscribers through the Credit Transfer service service, which enables Postpaid and Prepaid subscribers to transfer credit to another Prepaid customer, according to the terms and conditions of the service. In the event that the remaining balance is not consumed within the validity period - the customer is not entitled to claim it later.
