How can I collect Neqaty points:

• At the payment time when closing the rented car contract, inform the cashier that you are a Mobily customer and would like to collect Neqaty points.
• The cashier will process your request and you will receive a confirmation message from Neqaty informing you that Neqaty points are added to your Neqaty account balance.

How can I redeem Neqaty points: 

• At the payment time when closing the rented car contract, inform the cashier that you are a Mobily customer and would like to redeem your Neqaty points.
• The cashier will process your request and will tell you the total Neqaty points available in your balance and possible to be redeemed. 
• Just inform the cashier how many points you wish to redeem. Thereafter, you will receive an SMS containing the confirmation code of the Neqaty points you wish to redeem. 
• Provide the code to the cashier to complete the redemption process, and the redemption value will be deducted from the invoice amount

Note: 

• You should have 3000 Neqaty points or more in your Neqaty balance to be able to redeem them and you can pay the remaining amount if there is an amount exceeding the value of the points redeemed.
• You can use Neqaty to pay for your rented car only.
