How can I collect Neqaty points:

1. Visit LikeCard Mobile app or website.
2. Sign in to your LikeCard account. Or sign up in case it was your first visit.
3. Choose the card you would like to purchase: select the value and quantity.
4. Go to the basket and choose the payment method you would like to use
5. After payment is made, check the box "Earned Points” and choose Neqaty.
6. Enter your Mobily number in the field provided in the following format: 9665XXXXXXXX
7. You will receive an SMS confirmation from Neqaty for the addition of the total points.
    

How can I redeem Neqaty points: 

1. Visit LikeCard Mobile app or website.
2. Choose the card you would like to purchase.
3. Go to the basket and choose Neqaty as a payment method 
4. After choosing ( Mobily Neqaty points) as a payment method
5. You will be requested to enter your mobile number for validation
6. You shall receive an SMS containing the OTP code for confirmation.
7. Aconfirmation message will appear with the number of points available to you to complete the purchase.
8. In case you have enough Neqaty points (Minimum 3000 Neqaty points), you will finish you purchase. If not you can continue the rest of the payment using other payment solutions such as (Mada).
