How can I collect Neqaty points:

• Get Neqaty points when you buy from any branch of Oud Elite around KSA.
• Inform Oud Elite’s employee, that you are a Mobily customer and would like to collect Neqaty points.
• You will receive SMS from Neqaty informing you that Neqaty points are added to your Neqaty account balance.

How can I redeem Neqaty points:

• Inform Oud Elite’s employee, that you are a Mobily customer and would like to collect Neqaty points.
• Ask Oud Elite’s employee, about Neqaty points which is available in your balance and possible to be redeemed.
• Inform Oud Elite’s employee, about how many points you wish to redeem.
• You will receive SMS from Neqaty containing the confirmation code of the Neqaty points you wish to redeem.
• Provide the code to Oud Elite’s employee to complete the redemption and will immediately be deducted from the invoice amount.

Notes: you should have 3000 Neqaty points or more in your Neqaty balance to be able to redeem them and you can pay the remaining amount if there is an amount exceeding the value of the points redeemed.
