How can I collect Neqaty points?

1. Visit Resal Digital Gift Store via the app or website.
2. Choose the digital gift card you would like to purchase: select the value and quantity.
3. Go to the basket and enter your personal information to complete the registration process, or log in if you already have an account.
4. Check the box "Earned Points" then enter your Mobily number in the field provided in the following format: 9665XXXXXXXX
5. Choose the payment method you would like to use (Resal wallet, credit card, in addition to paying with Neqaty balance)
6. Verify your details and complete the purchase.
7. You will receive an SMS confirmation from Neqaty for the addition of the total points.

How can I redeem Neqaty points? 

1. Visit Resal digital gift store via the app or website.
2. Choose the digital card you would like to purchase, then select the card value and quantity.
3. Go to the basket and enter your personal information to complete the registration process, or log in if you already have an account.
4. Enter your Mobily phone number to redeem the point to value.
5. You will receive an SMS containing the OTP code for confirmation.
6. A confirmation message will appear with the number of points available to you to complete the purchase.
7. The redeemed value will be deducted from the total, and if it is more than the total, the rest will be added to the customer's wallet.

Note: you should have 3000 Neqaty points or more in your Neqaty balance to be able to redeem them and you can pay the remaining amount if there is an amount exceeding the value of the points redeemed.
