2/ How can you redeem your points with our partners?
- Shop at one of Neqaty’s partners
- Tell the cashier about your desire to redeem your points
- The cashier will ask you for your Mobily number. The number of Neqaty points available and can be redeemed will appear on the screen. Just inform the cashier how many points you wish to redeem.
- You will receive SMS containing the confirmation code of the Neqaty points you wish to redeem, provide the code to the cashier to complete the redemption
- You’ll receive a confirmation SMS once the redemption is complete.

- Via Mobily App
- Via your account in Mobily website

- Via dialing the dedicated line for points redemption 1460.
4/ what’s Neqatona feature and how can you create one to benefit from the valuable rewards?
Neqatona feature allows its subscribers to merge their earned points in one account and up to phone 10 lines, provided that all the lines are registered under the name of the same subscriber. The subscriber can redeem the whole points or part of them to get the valuable Neqaty rewards by creating a new (Neqatona) account through visiting his account on Mobily website then assign the primary line where all points will be accumulated.
After creating a Neqatona account, a text message will be sent to the sub-account Mobile number confirming subscription in (Neqatona), afterward another text message will be sent to the primary phone number confirming points merging process.
5/ can only the primary number in Neqatona redeem the points at Neqaty’s partners outlets?
No, all the numbers in Neqatona account can collect and redeem.
6/ do the points delete in case of closing Neqatona account?
No, the accumulated points will be added to the primary number account.
7/ can the points be collected through data sim card?
The points can only be collected through postpaid and prepaid line card.
8/ Is it possible to transfer points from Mobily number account to another Mobily number account?
No, but if all the numbers are under one ID, you can create one account (Neqatona) and collect points faster.
9/ when the points be redeemed with a balance, is the VAT deducted or the whole amount will be added?
The VAT is not calculated on the rewards as the full amount is added
10/ can the points be redeemed more than one time in a month?
The customers can only redeem their points one time in a month except Raqi customers in which the number of redemption times is unlimited within one month.
