Neqatona
What is Neqatona?
With Neqatona feature, our valued subscribers can accumulate Neqaty Points faster in one account to benefit from valuable rewards, simply put, more Points, more rewards.
How to activate Neqatona service:
- Customer should activate Neqatona from Mobily e-portal channel. Once it is activated then requested number will become a Master line for the Neqatona account. To visit “My Mobily” Click Here.
- After Neqatona activation, Master line can add other secondary numbers which are under the same customer ID to the Neqatona account. Those numbers are referred as ‘child lines’ in pool/account.
- Once a secondary number is selected for addition, SMS will be sent to the selected number to approve the addition.
- Once approved, the number will be added to Neqatona account, in case of rejection, the number will not be added, and the customer will be notified by SMS.
- Once a secondary number (child line) is added to Neqatona service, the usage of the number will earn Points and will be accumulated to the Neqatona account.
- The secondary number (child line) will also have access to the account and could redeem Neqaty Points at any time. The redeemed points will be deducted from the Neqatona account.
Service Cancellation:
- Master line can deactivate Neqatona service by using Mobily e-portal, all the accumulated points will be gathered under the Master line.
- If the master line is deactivated from Mobily Network, all the Points in the account will be lost.
- Master line can remove the secondary numbers (child lines), at any time.
- Once a secondary number (child line) is removed from Neqatona service, the secondary number will not be able to access Neqatona pool/account, and there will be no change in the number of points in Neqatona pool/account.
