End of Call Notification Service for Prepaid lines

All prepaid customers receive a notification with summary information after making any charged activity from their prepaid lines.

For advanced information, customers can enjoy the enhanced End of Call Notification for SAR 0.05/ notification on charged activities only.

 

How do I subscribe or unsubscribe?

 

• To subscribe to ECN service, send 556 via SMS to 1100

Note: The ECN service charge is 0.05 SAR/notification

• To unsubscribe, send 565 via SMS to 1100

 

Features

The enhanced End Call Notification provides the following information for customer:

• Last call cost
• Remaining balance
• Neqaty
• Emergency Credit

All free calls/SMS/data sessions will not be charged (IE free bees offers under any prepaid bundles or data add on bundle).
