• Commercial registration certificate 
• Chamber of commerce membership certificate
• Saudization certificate
• General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) certificate
• Zakat & Tax certificate
• VAT registration certificate
• Company Profile
• Bank Account/IBAN certificate: bank account beneficiary name should match with commercial registration certificate 
• Supplier CoC acknowledgment (Pages 10 & 11). 
• Non-Disclosure Agreement acknowledgment (Pages 2 & 9). 
• Authorization Letter for the authorized persons to sign on behalf of the vendor with Chamber of Commerce attestation/form.
• Contact Directory in Mobily Supplier Portal shall match with Authorization Letter
