  • On web
    • Make a purchase from PlayStation Store.
    • Select your mobile number or Add a Mobile Account at checkout.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your mobile payment.
  • On PS5:
    • Make a purchase from PlayStation Store and select Pay by Mobile at checkout.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your mobile payment.
  • On PS4:
    • Make a purchase from PlayStation Store and select Proceed to Checkout.
    • Select Pay by Mobile and follow the on-screen instructions.

How do I subscribe to the PlayStation?

There are two types of services within PlayStation ecosystem. One time and subscription. In both cases, the customer can add his mobile number to his PlayStation account and then in future as his preferred payment method.

How do I unsubscribe from PlayStation?

If you’ve signed up for a subscription service, you’ll get regular text receipts with instructions on how to stop it, this would be by contacting the merchant or payment intermediary directly either using their contact details or signing into the account you hold with them.

Who is eligible to subscribe to PlayStation through Mobily?

From Sony side, both prepaid and postpaid are allowed unless a limitation is set from Mobily side.

I already have PlayStation. How can I change my payment method to “Mobily add to bill”?
