How can I redeem Neqaty points:
- Inform the Pharmacist: After completing your shopping at any Al-Dawaa Pharmacy branch, let the pharmacy know you wish to redeem your Neqaty points.
- Provide Your Mobile Number: The pharmacist will ask for your Mobily registered number and enter it into the system.
- Check Your Points: The system will display the number of Neqaty points available for redemption.
- Select Points to Redeem: Inform the pharmacist how many points you want to use for this transaction.
- Receive Confirmation Code: You will receive an SMS with a confirmation code for the redemption process.
- Complete the Redemption: Share the confirmation code with the pharmacist to finalize the redemption. The equivalent value will be deducted from your total purchase amount immediately.
Important Notes:
- Your balance must contain at least 3,000 points to proceed with the redemption process.
- If the purchase amount exceeds the redeemed points' value, you can pay the remaining amount using any available payment method.
- Points can only be redeemed at Al-Dawaa Pharmacy branches.
