How can I redeem Neqaty points?
- In the outlets: Inform the cashier, that you are a Mobily customer and would like to redeem Neqaty points, or choose to pay with Neqaty in checkout page in portal or app.
- Inform the cashier about how many points you wish to redeem, or choose the points tier in the portal or app.
- Receive SMS containing the confirmation code of the Neqaty points you wish to redeem.
- Provide the code to the cashier to complete the redemption and will immediately be deducted from the invoice amount, or enter the OTP in the portal/app.
Notes: you should have 3000 Neqaty points or more in your Neqaty balance to be able to redeem them and you can pay the remaining amount if there is an amount exceeding the value of the points redeemed.
