How can I collect Neqaty points:

If you don’t have an existing account with WaffarX:

• Find “Join Neqaty Program” in the sign-up page in WaffarX app.
• Add your info then click “Join WaffarX.”
• Enter the OTP, then Next
• Your account will be created, enjoy shopping and earn points.

If you already have an existing account with WaffarX:

• In the main page of the app, open the menu from the bottom.
• Click on “Join Neqaty Program”
• Add your Mobily number then “Join Neqaty Program.”
• Your account will be changed to earn Neqaty points.
• Enjoy shopping and earn points.

 

How can redeem Neqaty points:

If you don’t have an existing account with WaffarX:

• Find “Join Neqaty Program” in the sign-up page in WaffarX app.
• Add your info then click “Join WaffarX.”
• Enter the OTP, then Next
• Your account will be created, and you can redeem points through the following steps:
• In the main page of the app, open the menu from the bottom.
• Click on “Redeem Points”
• Click on “Add to balance”
• Enter your Mobily number or use your existing registered number.
• Click on “show Neqaty points”.
• Choose how many points you wish to redeem, then click on “Redeem.”
• Enter the OTP that you have received, then the points amount will be added to your wallet.
• Go to your wallet to check the available balance, you can use it to get gift cards, or to be transferred to your bank account.

If you already have an existing account with WaffarX:

• In the main page of the app, open the menu from the bottom.
• Click on “Redeem Points”
• Click on “Add to balance”
• Enter your Mobily number or use your existing registered number.
• Click on “show Neqaty points”.
• Choose how many points you wish to redeem, then click on “Redeem.”
• Enter the OTP that you have received, then the points amount will be added to your wallet.
• Go to your wallet to check the available balance, you can use it to get gift cards, or to be transferred to your bank account.
   

Terms and conditions: 

1. You must have at least 3,000 Neqaty points to be eligible for redemption.
2. For the points accumulation: customers can earn points for every SAR spent on the WaffarX app. The points earnings ratio is different from merchant to merchant, and it will be mentioned on each merchant WaffarX and can be viewed on the WaffarX app.
3. The points will be shown as pending, until the order status becomes un-refundable from the merchant’s store.
4. After the points are confirmed, it will be transferred to your Neqaty points balance on the next CashOut date, and it must be at least 188 points (the equivalent of USD 5).
5. CashOut will be transferred to your Neqaty points as per the below purchase cycle:
