Terms and Conditions:
- This package is available to individual customers with postpaid and prepaid lines.
- The customer can activate more than one package at the same time.
- The auto-renewal feature is enabled and can be canceled by sending the required code.
- At the end of the package period, the customer will receive a text message that the package has expired.
- Any additional use after the end of the package will be calculated by the international calling tariff, based on the customer's package.
- The customer has the right to take advantage of the benefits of the package even after canceling.
- For postpaid lines, the tax is added to the bill while for prepaid lines, it is deducted in advance during the charging process.
Terms & Conditions :
- Service is valid for international calls to the countries and networks listed in the above table.
- Service is available for all Mobily postpaid and prepaid subscribers.
- Upon the full consumption or expiry of the International Minutes Service, the calls will be charged based on your package's international tariffs.
- Weekly and monthly Service are automatically renewed; you can still cancel auto renewal at any time following your subscription.
- VAT:
- For postpaid, VAT will be applied on the Service subscription fees.
- For prepaid, VAT is already applied on recharge amounts so no VAT will apply on the Service subscription/ renewal.
